Production
I make products to order. The usual production of masks and helmets in our store is 3-4 weeks, and 4-6 weeks for full suit.
Shipping
Standard shipping method usually takes 2-3 weeks. But now it is difficult to predict the exact delivery time, as delays have become more frequent during the pandemic.
Please pay attention! To deliver the order, we also recommend using DHL express delivery (3-5 bizness dey). Express shipping DHL it costs an extra pay, but they are guaranteed to deliver by the scheduled date.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns and cancellations. Contact me within 14 days of delivery. Ship items back within 21 days of delivery. Request a cancellation within 5 days of purchase.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Digital downloads
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
