How long do they last?
After braiding them, dreadlocks can remain in the hair for no more than 2 months. It depends on how comfortable you are with the new growth and loose hair at the roots. You can then reinstall the set as many times as you like – if you take good care of them, your dreadlocks will last you years!
Lost package
If your items have not been delivered within 45 days, please contact me and I will investigate through the Postal Service. If the package is officially recognized as lost, a 100% refund is guaranteed.
Non-delivery
Please make sure the address is correct before you place an order. If any package is never picked up from the post office or needs to be resent due to wrong address (or any other reason), the buyer is responsible for paying the subsequent resending fees.
Customs duties
In some countries, after the parcel arrives in the country, customs duties may be charged.
Customs fees are paid by the buyer. I am not responsible for tax charged by your country’s customs. Before buying, please check the rules for calculating customs duties in your country.
