– You have the opportunity to order something special in my shop. Please email me if you need a custom order.
– The production time of the order depends on the complexity of production and the number of items. It may take 3-7 business days or more.
– Please note that I need the correct measurements needed to make an order. I am not responsible if you give me wrong measurements.
– I always try to quickly collect and send you an order, but I am not responsible for the post office and customs. But I always stay in touch to inform you about the stages of delivery.
– You can get a replacement item or a refund if the item arrived damaged or was not delivered.
