I accept returns and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery.
Ship item back within: 30 days of delivery.
Request a cancellation within: 6 hours of purchase.
I don’t accept exchanges
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can’t be returned
– Custom or personalized orders (unless they arrive damaged or defective).
– Digital downloads.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs (even if the item was bought at free shipping sale). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Taxes and fees
Please be aware that some countries impose customs fees and taxes for packages that enter your country. These fees are kept by your government and are outside of your purchase with me.
Non-delivery
Please be ensure that the address is correct prior to placing an order. If any package is refused upon delivery, is never picked up from the postal office or requires reshipment due to an incorrect address (or any reason), the buyer is responsible for paying the subsequent reshipment fees.
Lost parcel
If your items didn’t arrive within 45 days, contact me and I will log an investigation through Russian Post. If the package is officially recognized lost, 100% refund is guaranteed.
