- All works are created to order immediately after payment. We work only on prepayment. The average time to create a product is 8 weeks + delivery time. If the queue of orders is large, the deadline for completing your order will be longer.
- A refund for the order is carried out if you provide proof that the goods were in poor condition before unpacking. Also in this case, you send the order back, after that there is a refund.
- Otherwise, the money will not be refunded. And you keep the goods for yourself.
