► Individual images/printables (.png, .jpg, .pdf, etc.) downloaded from WRAS Shop carry a limited commercial use (Small Business) license (up to a total of 1000 Individual End Products).
► You receive a non-exclusive license to use the WRAS Designs.
► Individual images/printables may be used in the creation of personal projects, in artwork that you offer for sale in your local store or online marketplaces (*** CREDIT REQUIRED ***), and for client projects, provided you have made the resource part of a new tangible (physical) product.
► If you use our Images in a product for digital sales (for example, a postcard, invitations, etc.), your product must be sold in the form of a flattened, complete and finished design (i.e., the purchased image must be rasterized and merged with a background image that the graphics cannot be extracted, moved or customized).

Designs are the property of Ana Valen and cannot be used or copied without the consent of the owner. All artwork is original and copyright laws do apply. Digital images/printables are intended for personal use only and cannot be reproduced for commercial use or used to make a profit without the commercial license. Any unauthorized duplication or publication will be prosecuted by law.

** PERSONAL USE **
✓ Permitted Uses
● You may print as many copies as needed for personal project or non-profit projects without credit as long as no money is made.
✗ Prohibited Uses
● You (the Buyer) must be the one who buys & makes the end product for non-profit purpose.
● You may not claim purchased images as your own (altered or unaltered).
● You may not share or email purchased file(s) to someone to print & make a physical product for you or upload them to any blog/FB group or website.
● Files may not be used for Print-On-Demand sites, such as Zazzle, Café Press, etc.
** LIMITED COMMERCIAL USE (CREDIT REQUIRED) **
✓ Permitted Uses
● You may print as many copies as needed to make a tangible (physical) item (up to a total of 1000 individual end products) that is sold by you to an end consumer.
● Your Physical End Product must:
– be significantly different than the original Images: your product must necessarily include additional elements (background, text, other graphics), i.e., they must be incorporated into a new end product,
– require time, effort, and skill to produce,
– not derive its primary value from the WRAS Design itself.
● You may sell your physical end products in local store or online marketplaces *** CREDIT REQUIRED *** see below.
● You may photograph or shoot video commercial items made by you for sale using WRAS Designs for posting in your Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, blog, etc. *** CREDIT REQUIRED *** see below.
✗ Strictly Prohibited Uses
● WRAS Designs may not be used in the creation of other digital graphics for resale.
● You may not claim purchased images as your own (altered or unaltered).
● WRAS Designs may not be redistributed or offered as-is elsewhere for any reason.
● They may not be offered for sale (e.g., reselling to a Stock resource website), offered as freebies, and they may not be uploaded to any blog/FB group or website.
● Files may not be used for Print-On-Demand sites, such as Zazzle, Café Press, etc.
● You may not simply print WRAS Designs out and resell them on their own, either as a crafting supply or as a part of a “kit”. They must be incorporated into a new physical end product.
● Any resale/sublicense of the WRAS Designs in source file form (.png/.jpg/.pdf), portions thereof, digital extracting, in physical form as-is (printed)/portions thereof as crafting supplies or otherwise is prohibited.

REFUND:
Given the nature of digital items, a refund or exchange is not possible.
There is no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:
– you have changed your mind about an item;
– you bought an item by mistake;
– you do not have sufficient expertise to use the item (the image does not press well, the wrong substrate material or the printer/printing errors, etc.);
– you can no longer access the item.
