Delivery
I only ship by registered mail, which means that you will always be able to track your order at every stage. If you can't track the item you just shipped, don't worry. If you do not pick up the parcel from the post office in time, it will return. Post offices store parcels for 14-30 days.

Packaging
I make sure that each item is securely wrapped in double packaging so that it gets to you safely. I use a lot of bubble wrap and foam to fix the object in its original packaging, and place these packages in sturdy cardboard boxes to prevent possible damage during transportation.

Delivery speed
The speed of delivery of your order also depends on the delivery service in your country and security checks. For my part, I will give you all my support so that you can track your purchase during shipment until it is delivered to your hands.

Missing package?
If you can't track the package, please contact me. We'll find him. It may also happen that the parcel will be frozen at the import or export stage. Don't worry, it's a common thing, sometimes we just have to wait.

The Lost package
Let me know if you haven't received the parcel within 45 days of dispatch. I'll fill out a missing persons report at my local post office. You may not have received the package and the package was sent back to me. I can ship the goods again, you are responsible for the shipping cost.
