Order processing takes 1 business day.
If you have ordered a finished work, your order will be sent to you with tracking within 24 hours.
If you have a custom order,
- the watercolor paintings will be ready within 3 working days and sent to you when ready,
- oil paintings need additional drying, so individual orders for oil paintings will be ready within 3-7 working days and shipped after drying.
- All individual orders are sent for processing after 100% prepayment and are non-refundable.
