All items will be carefully packaged and sent within 3-5 business days after payment is received!

Some items may need more time, for example, big blankets which is personally knitted for you.
I will definitely let you know if processing time takes longer to make the blanket for you.

Shipping address:

• Please, make sure that you have entered the correct delivery address. If you didn't receive your item due to wrong address you provided, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs. I'm always providing tracking number to all packages, so please keep track of your delivery day, so you know when the package is being delivered.

Terms & Delivery time:

• Shipping usually takes about 2-4 weeks.
Due to terrifying military actions in Ukraine processing and delivery time can be longer then usual.

Please note, transit time may vary depending on your location and customs processing, so I can’t guarantee exact arrival time.
Here are approximate terms of shipping:
- USA: 1,5 - 3 weeks
- Canada: 2-3 weeks
- Europe: 2,5-3 weeks, except for Sweden (unfortunately at the moment the acceptance of parcels in Sweden from Belarus is suspended)
- Rest of World: 2-3 weeks, except Australia (unfortunately at the moment the acceptance of parcels in Australia from Belarus is suspended).

Shipping method:

• All packages are sent via international registered airmail from Minsk, Belarus.
It includes tracking number (it will be sent in e-mail notification). Each package has delivery confirmation.
Please note: some local postal services do not provide on-line tracking for international registered airmail. Such as: Germany, UK, France, Italy and Canada post. So I can track your package only while it's in Belarus.

• Express shipping via UPS is available upon request. Please contact me if you need it before placing an order, so we can adjust shipping prices.

Custom Fees and Duties

• Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries.

• EU countries VAT. From July 1, 2021 the requirements for the calculation of import VAT have changed.
Receiving your parcel you will need to pay VAT tax a surcharge of approximately 10-12% of the order summary.
This is an OFFICIAL payment that you pay to the customs budget of your country.

Packaging:

• Each blanket I decorate with a ribbon and a hand-signed card put in envelope. I tightly wrap the package for safe delivery. I pack each item in a convenient zippered bag for easy transportation and storage. You can use it many times.

If you are not satisfied with your items / client service for any reason, please contact me with the problem before leaving a feedback.

I create all my products myself and I am responsible for the quality. If suddenly you are not satisfied with it, then a refund is possible only if the goods are returned. For products created by an individual order, personalized - no refunds.
