You will receive file in *.zip format. After unzipping you will have 3d model in *.stl formats. You can unzip the archive using any file archiver, for example, the free 7-zip software. If you need other formats like fbx, obj, please email me.
Since the product is digital, after downloading the file I don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
