Most of the updated products in our store products are manufactured, completed, and delivered according to the time and date promised, and some of products can be updateded as “ready to ship”, the items are clearly marked in the product description box.

When we start making the product, we will send you a partial production process while the product is being made, so you can get a rough look at how your product is completed.
When the order is completed, we will show you the finished product, and if you are satisfied with the result, we will ship it the next day.

International shipping varies depending on the situation, but it will take between 20 and 30 business days from Monday to Friday, excluding the weekend.

This is our SiberianDread's payment policy.

The first option is a policy that applies to everyone who purchases the product, so please read it and leave a message for me if you have any questions.

If you want to choose the 2nd and 3rd payment policy, please leave me a message, I will help you with your order as per the policy.

1. First-
Since all products are custom-made, production will begin after full payment.
This is our basic payment policy that we have done always.​
In this case, customer can cancel the order at any time within 5 days, and the amount you paid will be fully refunded.​
If you cancel after 5 days, customer will be charged a 15% fee of the amount of the product you paid. The rest of the money will be fully refunded except for 15%.
However if customer cancel the order less than 7 days left before from the date we promised to make it, there is 35% fee from the original cost. And of course, the rest of the amount will be refunded except for the 35% fee.
If you cancel the product during production or when it is completed, there will be a 45% commission of the original price. You will get a refund on the remaining payment except for the 45% commission.

However, there are two more payment policies for those who want different ways for convenience.​

2.
Second, we allow a two-time split payment method.​
First of all, you can pay 50% of the price, and the remaining 50% will be paid in full after the product is completed.​
This method allows you to cancel your order at any time within 3 days of placing your order and making your first payment, and you can get a full refund, but if you cancel your order after 3 days of ordering, you will be charged a 30% commission from the original cost. And of course, the rest of the money will be refunded, except for the 30% commission.
A fee of 45% of the original price will be incurred for cancellation of the product during or upon completion of production, and the remaining amount will be refunded except for 45% of the fee.

The third option is to place a non-refundable deposit.
The deposit is 25% of the total original amount.
And we will contact customers at least two or three days before the start of production, so you can proceed with the approval of the rest remain payment.
If the payment is not made at least one day before the promised date of production, the order will be canceled.
After the order is successfully completed on the promised date, you can cancel your order at any time within 3 days, and the amount you paid will be refunded in full, excluding the 25% reservation you initially deposited.
If you cancel three days after the order date, you will be charged a 35% commission on the amount of the product you paid. Except for a 35% commission on the total amount, the remaining amount will be fully refunded.
However, if the customer cancels the order less than 7 days from the date we promised, a 40% fee will be incurred from the original cost. And the remaining amount except the 40% fee will of course be refunded.
During production or completion, a 45% fee of the cost will be incurred when the product is canceled, and the remaining amount will be refunded except for the 45% fee.
