ABOUT BLANKET:

– Material: Hipoallergenic micropolyester
– Size: Variable from 80×100 cm till 200×240 cm
– Color: as on photos, ombre blue-turquoise from light to dark color. The color may be slightly different due to the color rendering of your device.
– Packaging: comfortable zipped bag, the blanket is tied with a satin ribbon, a postcard and instructions for care are included.

Please, pay attention:

I start making your order after receiving the payment. You can choose the most convenient payment method.
Knitting time depends on the size of ordered blanket. For example, 60×120 cm blanket I can knit about 2-3 days and huge 200×240 cm about 10 days. Please consider this information when placing an order.
Your chenille bedspread will be sent by local postal service and will be delivered within 15-30 days. Due to this terrific war in Ukraine and difficult logistic situation in Belarus, delivery can be increased to 45 days.
Please check your address before placing an order! It’s very important for correct and faster delivery.

Shipping Policy

All items will be carefully packaged and sent within 3-5 business days after payment is received!

Some items may need more time, for example, big blankets which is personally knitted for you.
I will definitely let you know if processing time takes longer to make the blanket for you.

Shipping address:

• Please, make sure that you have entered the correct delivery address. If you didn't receive your item due to wrong address you provided, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs. I'm always providing tracking number to all packages, so please keep track of your delivery day, so you know when the package is being delivered.

Terms & Delivery time:

• Shipping usually takes about 2-4 weeks.
Due to terrifying military actions in Ukraine processing and delivery time can be longer then usual.

Please note, transit time may vary depending on your location and customs processing, so I can’t guarantee exact arrival time.
Here are approximate terms of shipping:
- USA: 1,5 - 3 weeks
- Canada: 2-3 weeks
- Europe: 2,5-3 weeks, except for Sweden (unfortunately at the moment the acceptance of parcels in Sweden from Belarus is suspended)
- Rest of World: 2-3 weeks, except Australia (unfortunately at the moment the acceptance of parcels in Australia from Belarus is suspended).

Shipping method:

• All packages are sent via international registered airmail from Minsk, Belarus.
It includes tracking number (it will be sent in e-mail notification). Each package has delivery confirmation.
Please note: some local postal services do not provide on-line tracking for international registered airmail. Such as: Germany, UK, France, Italy and Canada post. So I can track your package only while it's in Belarus.

• Express shipping via UPS is available upon request. Please contact me if you need it before placing an order, so we can adjust shipping prices.

Custom Fees and Duties

• Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries.

• EU countries VAT. From July 1, 2021 the requirements for the calculation of import VAT have changed.
Receiving your parcel you will need to pay VAT tax a surcharge of approximately 10-12% of the order summary.
This is an OFFICIAL payment that you pay to the customs budget of your country.

Packaging:

• Each blanket I decorate with a ribbon and a hand-signed card put in envelope. I tightly wrap the package for safe delivery. I pack each item in a convenient zippered bag for easy transportation and storage. You can use it many times.

Refund Policy

If you have any problems with your new item, please contact me and will solve this problem. I want my clients to be happy, so let me know if you have any questions.

If you are not satisfied with your items / client service for any reason, please contact me with the problem before leaving a feedback.

I create all my products myself and I am responsible for the quality. If suddenly you are not satisfied with it, then a refund is possible only if the goods are returned. For products created by an individual order, personalized - no refunds.
