Please remember that glass is a delicate material, and needs to be handled with care. I'm afraid there is no compensation to be paid for damaged or broken glass, nor for broken chains or similar things.

If for any reason the item is not what you expected please let me know. You can return it within 5 days. When it returns, it has to be in the same condition and package as when I shipped it. When I've recieved the complete item I refund you. If you would like to make a return please contact me within 2 days of receiving the item.
