Shipping Policy
I am will ship the item out within 3-5 days.
All orders are shipped with Russian Post international air mail with tracking number.
The average shipping time of standard mail is about 4-6 weeks to the most countries. Sometimes packages maybe delayed in transit to 4-8 weeks (in holiday seasons, long custom checks etc.). It is beyond my control, and I sincerely hope to your understanding and patience.
International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes and custom charges associated with shipping to their respective countries.
Refund Policy
- If item was damaged in transit I will require the photos of the item's damage and the packaging. Then you get a full refund. Please note, I am not able to refund the your taxes and custom charges.
- If you are not happy with the item notify me within 14 days of delivery about it. Then you must send the item original condition back to me within 21 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs, including tracking. I will issue refund as soon as the item gets back to me .
- If you not receive your package check Tracking Information. Contact with your post office for a trace of package. I will contact with my post office also. When I have all necessary information I will make a case-by-case determination regarding refund.
