- 退货和换货。
We accept both returns and exchanges exception for personalized items. Тhe items should be in initial condition, without any signs of exploitation. In order to make an exchange please contact us within 14 days. Shipping on exchanges and returns are at the buyer’s expense.
- Closure of the order.
We accept closure of the order up to the moment the item is shipped except for personalized items. The money refund in case of order closure is made in full except for transfer fees within 5 days.
- Custom fees.
Possible custom fees are not included in the cost of the item. All the possible custom fees are fully payed by the customer.
- If the parcel does not arrive for long.
We start to search for the parcel if tracking number shows that it does not move for 14 days. We make tracing request to the post office, but according to the law, Postal services can answer from 30 to 90 days. During this time, the parcel will be found and delivered to you, or it will be admitted lost. If the parcel is admitted to be lost, 100% of the cost will be returned. If the parcel is found, but delivered with great delay you will not get a refund, because all the delivery dates are approximate but not strict. We cannot influence the work of postal services.
- If you did not collect your parcel from the post office and it was returned to the sender.
If the parcel was returned to us because you did not collect it, you will not get any refund. At your request, we will send it to you again after you pay the shipping fee again.
- If the items were damaged during shipping.
If the items were damaged during shipping, please provide us photos within 2 days from the moment, you have received it and we will ship you new item of make a refund.
