退款政策

You can request cancellation of an order and full refund within three days after order placement. In case we have already purchased materials for your costume and started work on it, we can only make a partial refund, the refund amount will depend on the order working phase. The amount of money spent on materials is non-refundable.

In case we have fully completed your order and sent the package no refund is possible.

You can return a costume to us and get a refund in case the costume doesn’t fit you due to our fault. Please contact us no later than 48 hours after receiving the parcel. We will be able to send you a refund only after we receive the package back and make sure the costume is in the same condition as it was received by you. Please use a new box when shipping and be sure to provide us with an international tracking number.

We won’t accept returns if more than two days have passed since you received your package.

Refunds are impossible if your measurements are incorrect, but if necessary, we can modify your costume for an additional charge.
