We do our best to ensure that you are satisfied with the order, as personalized products are not exchangeable or refundable. The return of non-personalized products is possible at the expense of the buyer. If you decide to return the product, contact us within three days of receiving the order.
Before executing an order, it is sometimes necessary to clarify the details with the buyer, so if possible, stay in touch. At the request of the buyer, we can provide a mock-up of the order before engraving. We also send photos of the finished order.
