How to Make a Purchase on Crealandia
A simple step-by-step guide to help you buy digital products, receive physical items, and access your downloads after purchase.
Choose a Product
Visit Crealandia and select the product you would like to purchase. Products may be digital files available for instant download or physical items shipped by the seller after payment.
Add the Product to Cart
To add the selected product to your cart and start the purchase process, click the Add to cart button.
Open the Cart
The cart panel will open on the right side of the page. You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout by clicking Checkout.
Fill in the Checkout Information
Fill in all required fields carefully. Digital products require billing and contact details. Physical products also require a correct shipping address.
For Digital Products
Enter your details and choose a payment method, such as card or PayPal.
For Physical Products
Please enter your shipping address correctly, as it affects successful delivery.
After filling in all fields, check the box confirming that you agree to the Terms and Conditions and the Public Offer.
Complete the Payment
After payment, your order will be accepted by the system. If you purchased a digital product, the file will usually download automatically to your device.
Find Your Order
If you cannot find the downloaded file, go to your personal account, open Orders, and click on the order number. Digital files are available for download for 12 months.
Open the Downloads Section
In the Downloads section, you can see all digital files from your orders and download them again while they are available.
