I allow exchanges and refunds on most items*.
Refunds are for the purchase price only, shipping not included,
unless an error has been made on my part (for example: sending the wrong item)

• Usually a delivery takes about 10-45 business days.
• Some international orders, such as USA, New Zealand, Canadian and Australian, may take about a 60 business day to arrive. Especially after Black Friday and Pre Xmas period.

→Missed delivery
In the case if you “missed delivery” or if delivered order was not picked up by the customer from the post office because of any reason and was sent back, the shop has no responsibility to refund the shipping cost BOTH ways (shipping cost+return shipping cost)
→Damaged parcel and content
Please if you’ll see that package is damaged, don’t open it at home. Open it in post office and if it’s not ok, please fill a claim about damage. I don’t accept claims without a document about damaged parcel with a seal and a signature of postal management
→ Lost Packages:
• Package is considered as lost if it doesn’t come within 70 business days from posting date and tracking info approves that.
• I’ll fill claim about the lost package in my post office.
• If the parcel was lost on my territory i would resend the same items to you or refund the full amount of order – you choose the best option for you.
• Please note if the parcel was lost after export of my country I’ll refund the money only after official confirmation of postal service about lost parcel. The investigation may take about 3 months.
→ Delays of the parcel
If the parcel is delayed due to the fault of the post service, and is late for a certain event (birthday, xmas etc) and if you no longer need the item please do not pick up the parcel and it will be returned. When I receive the returned package, I will make a full refund.
