HUMAN HAIR DREADLOCK EXTENSIONS (require care)
These dreadlocks will be locked to your own hair, so you’re gonna have to decide if you want them to be attached to your hair for a long period of time. A lot of people wear them for many many years so if you’re not sure, try S.E. dreads.
I make these extensions out of 100% human hair, because it only gets better over time while synthetic hair isn’t intended to be worn permanently. Human hair dreads look a lot more natural and authentic with your hair. And I will make a perfect shade particularly for your hair so that it looks like your own.
WEARING SINGLE ENDED (SE) NATURAL DREADS
Or you can mix S.E.(1 end) and D.E (2 ends)
You can wear them however you want to: a few dreads, whole head or on clips. For the whole head you’re gonna need 50−80, for a half of head you are gonna need 20-30 dreads pieces of single ended dreads depending on your hair. Send me a picture and I’ll tell you how many do you need for the whole head of dreads.
After a month you might need to reinstall them, because your hair will grow out and look messy. You can use them as many times as you want as long as you follow my recommendations and make corrections every once in a while.
After a couple corrections within about half a year you won’t need to do them anymore. You also can cut the loop and dread it to your hair as an extension.
HUMAN HAIR COLORFUL DREADS
In order for the color to stay on your human hair dreads for a long time you should wash it with cold or slightly warm, but definitely NOT hot water. All colors: pink, blue, platinum etc wash away with hot water very fast.
To preserve the color I recommend you to wash your hair only near the roots holding your dreads up or wash it with sulfate free shampoos (shampoos for dyed hair).
If your color faded use a substantive dye to make it brighter.
I usually add a little bit of water into my dye to properly color all areas I need. For dread coloring I recommend using a liquid dye from a brand called «Adore».
If your color faded and you want to change it, you’re gonna have to get rid of all the remaining color completely. To do that put your dreads into hot water and wash it with a deep cleaning shampoo.
If the color is still not light enough, apply a blinding powder mixed with oxide 1,5% on your dreads and leave it for ~10 minutes or less depending on how quickly the color fades.
