Steel Sheet Metal Drawings Plans Pattern Template German Shepherd Sculpture Project Sculpture (dxf, PDF)
The sculpture of a German Shepherd assumes the manufacture of steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm and a bending radius of 1 mm. The minimum bending angle is 4.5 degrees, the maximum angle is 90 degrees. The weight of the sculpture is about 17 kg. There are holes in the paws and tail, 9mm holes in the paws, a 25mm hole in the tail. There are 93 details in total. The design documentation includes 68 pages, 65 of which are bending drawings. The instruction includes 27 pages in the order of assembly. There are mirror parts in the assembly and have an index (_01) and their bending must be performed in the other direction. The bend line is drawn along the cutouts in the part, in accordance with the drawing. The archive includes: dxf (65 pcs.), Drawings (68 pages.), Instructions (27 pages.).
The reason for the discount: in this project there are a couple of uncomfortable small details of the nostrils.
There is no engraving on the dxf, bending is performed along the line indicated by drop-shaped cutouts at the ends of the bending line.
