Summer Sachet for Cross-stitch true lovers. You may fill it with summer herbs: lavender, minyt or thyme. It may be also the great idea to use a sachet to decorate your home for Summer Holidays.
Design size 4,83″ x 4,61″ (87 x 83 stitches)
The finished size of the design depends on stitcher’s fabric choice, for the sachet presented on the photo we used Vintage Country Light Mocha Aida Fabric.
All the designs in the photo are embroidered by me following this very pattern and you can easily imagine what you will get.
Stitches used: full cross stitch, half cross stitch, french knot and backstitch.
YOU WILL NEED:
1. 18 Count Vintage Country Light Mocha Aida Fabric (approximately 15 x 15cm or 6″ x 6″)
2. DMC cotton threads as listed in a key,
3. Polyester filling (approximately 5g) and species you like for stuffing,
4. 15 cm of jute cord and two small buttons,
5. Scissors, tapestry (embroidery) needles, sewing pins, embroidery hoop.
