All prints in the shop are unique and handmade. The artist, Eve Lyalina, owns the rights to all illustrations, prints and images. Purchase of items doesn’t grant transfer of copyright. May not be copied, sold, redistributed or changed. May not be used for business, personal branding, social media, websites or blogs. Can be used for interior decoration, as a printed gift, personal cell phone / tablet splash screen. Improper use is a violation of copyright and is punishable by international copyright laws.
Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations. Contact me within 14 days of delivery. Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

Q: Do you do custom work?
A: Yes, I do custom work. Please contact me in any way convenient for you to order a personal illustration.
Q: Do you sell digital art?
A: Yes, I do.
Q: Can you make changes to this print?
A: Sometimes I can make small changes (like hair color, skin tone, add an inscription) to an already finished illustration. Please message me the name of the print you’re interested in and I’ll let you know if it’s possible.
Q: Do you sign each print?
A: Yes, I hand sign each print after it’s printed. The digital art files contain an electronic signature.
Q: Can I buy the commercial license for this print?
A: No, I don’t sell the commercial license to my work. Digital downloads in the shop are for personal use only.
