1. Customized and personalized order:
Some works can be made to order.
To do this, you need to contact me about the individual details of your order. You can send me a picture of what you would like to see if you have one.
The cost of individual orders depends on their quantity, the size of the objects and the types of materials used.
Please note: each work is handmade and cannot be 100% exactly like the photo shown.
2. Processing time:
I usually complete orders within 9-10 days. But if the order requires more time for production, I will contact you.
3. Shipping time:
Please note that international shipping time may vary depending on country, season, pandemic, or other reasons. This may take longer than you expect!
In this case, I am not responsible for possible delays due to the actions of third parties.
4. Packing:
The product will be packed in a cardboard box or postal courier package.
I always make sure the packaging is strong to avoid damaging the product. In case this happens, please notify me within 3 days of receiving the order.
Send me a photo of the damaged product and a photo of the packaging. Subject to this condition, I will send you a replacement or make a refund.
5. Delivery and order tracking:
All parcels are sent by international postal services and are accompanied by an appropriate tracking number.
After sending the order, I will inform you the track number.
I will ship your order to the address you provide in your account, unless otherwise specified at checkout.
I am not responsible for delivery problems due to the wrong address you provided.
In this case, the cost of re-delivery is borne by the buyer.
In the event of a package being lost during transit by postal services, I am not responsible for this, but I will try to help find a solution. At the same time, the search for a lost parcel by postal services may take some time.
Please note that your signature will be required upon receipt of the order. Failure to sign may result in the item being sent back!

6. Customs fees and taxes:
All customs fees and taxes are paid by the buyer upon receipt of the parcel.
At the same time, please note that for US residents the allowable duty-free limit is up to $800.
7. Product quality:
If you have any questions about the quality or appearance of the product, if you are not satisfied with the order you received, please contact me. Perhaps we can fix the problem. Please do this BEFORE you leave a review.
Please pay attention:
– the shades and colors displayed by the monitor may differ from the real one and this will not be a reason for a return!
– each work is handmade and cannot be exactly 100% similar to the submitted photo or the original original.
8. Return:
Returns and exchanges are not subject to individual or individual orders, Items on sale.
Due to the nature of these items, unless they are damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns.
If it is necessary to return the rest of the goods, it is possible only if the following conditions are met:
– Returns must include a tracking number
– on the packaging and in the declaration must be indicated: “Return of goods”
– the product must be in its original form, must not be damaged and have the original packaging.
In this case, after receiving the return, I will refund you the cost of the product (excluding the cost of the original delivery and return shipping, as well as possible additional customs costs).
9. Care instructions:
Most often, with proper care, finished products are durable.
General requirements for products:
– Do not use for food.
– Avoid high and low temperatures, as well as scratches from hard and sharp objects. Store the product indoors at a temperature between 6 C and 28 C.
– If necessary, you can gently wipe the product with a dry soft cotton cloth.
In other cases, if the product requires additional care, this will be indicated in the description.
