Refund and Exchange.Every product in my store is a single copy. For this reason , the exchange is not possible . If you have any questions about the product, we recommend that you contact the designer before buying. A preliminary conversation can significantly reduce the potential time, energy, and expenses required for the return and exchange process. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order. The designers reserve the right to reject a refund request if it is not made within 7 days after the customer receives the order or if it does not meet the conditions set out in the refund policy. We recommend that you contact the designer before requesting a refund. Designers reserve the right to reject refund requests for the following types of products: Customized products have opened the personal care refund process As soon as the designer receives the request, he will contact the client within 3 working days. Once the designer approves the refund, please return the returned item(s) within 4 business days and send the designer an Inspire Uplift message to notify him about it. Please also provide the courier’s name and tracking number. As soon as the designer receives the item(s) for return, he will check and complete the return within 3 business days.
