Refund Policy

In the case of the returns, there'll be full refund if the product was damaged during delivery or if it doesn't match the description. If an item is returned for personal reasons, the money will be refunded minus Сrealandia fees.

Lost parcel
If your items didn't arrive within 45 days, contact me and I will log an investigation through local Post. Once this is completed, they will contact your country Post and will both conduct an investigation in an attempt to locate your package. If the package is officially recognized lost, 100% refund is guaranteed.
