WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Our clothing is designed to last and these instructions are intended to ensure the best quality possible.
The clothes are machine washable. Use the “Wool”, “Delicate” or “Hand Wash” wash cycle at a temperature not exceeding 30°.
For hand washing, use warm water and a mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and place on a flat surface to dry.
Do not tumble dry.

Shipping Policy

Possible custom fees are not included in the cost of the item. All the possible custom fees are fully payed by the customer.
If the parcel was returned to us because you did not collect it, you will not get any refund.
If the items were damaged during shipping, please provide us photos within … days from the moment, you have received it and we will ship you new item of make a refund.

Refund Policy

We accept both returns and exchanges; the items should be in initial condition, without any signs of exploitation. In order to make an exchange please contact us within 14 days. The customer pays the shipping.
We accept closure of the order up to the moment the item is shipped exception for personalized items. The money refund in case of order closure is made within 10 days, except for 6% PayPal commission.
We start to search for the parcel if tracking number shows that it does not move for 14 days. We make tracing request to the post office, but according to the law, Postal services can answer from 30 to 90 days. During this time, the parcel will be found and delivered to you, or it will be admitted lost. If the parcel is admitted to be lost, 100% of the cost will be returned. If the parcel is found, but delivered with great delay you will not get a refund, because all the delivery dates are approximate but not strict. We cannot influence the work of postal services.
