HOW ⭐️ IT ⭐️ WORKS
1️⃣ Include your party details in personaization box before checkout.
• Name (❗️Don’t include the last name unless you want it to be on the invite)
• Age
• Date
• Time
• Party location/address
• RSVP
• E-mail for proof
❗️For photo designs (#1 & #3): please upload one HIGH resolution photo.
➼➼ Please fill out your party details exactly in that way as they should be included on the invite.
Review all the spelling and punctuation carefully, we use the ‘copy/paste’ operation to insert your info.
⭐️ Photo requirements ⭐️
Please send ORIGINAL photos! NO CROPPING OR REDUCTION in size. I work with high resolution files that require large photos. Small photos will blur when enlarging to fit the template and print blurry as well. I’m not responsible for the result if you send low resolution pictures.
❗️Make sure to provide ALL the information and photo at the time of ordering to prevent a delay in processing your order. Turnaround time starts from when you send your personalized details.
2️⃣ Once your payment is completed and we got ALL your information, you will receive a “ready-to-print” high resolution proof via email within 12-24 hours.
3️⃣ Review the proof carefully for any mistakes.
– If NO changes are required, then you can start printing/sharing.
– If you need to change the details, contact us.
No refunds will be given if you found a mistake after get them printed.
4️⃣ If you haven’t received an email within 24 hours AFTER you placed your order and PROVIDED ALL required information, first check the Spam, Bin, Trash and All mails folders. If you cannot find our email, send a message to follow up.
