The Eagle involves the manufacture of steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm and a bending radius of 1 mm. The weight of the Eagle is about 8 kg. There are 64 details in total. The design documentation includes 39 pages, 37 of which are bending drawings. The instruction includes 30 pages in the order of assembly. The bend line is drawn along the cutouts in the part, in accordance with the drawing. The archive includes: dxf (37 pcs.- files separately and for a sheet 2400×1200, 2500×1250, 3000×1500), Drawings (39 pages), Instructions (30 pages). Overall dimensions of the sculpture (LxWxH): 449х1279х465mm.
There is no engraving on the dxf, bending is performed along the line indicated by drop-shaped cutouts at the ends of the bending line (If you need engraving, please contact me).
DXF are available both in the form of parts separately, and placed for a sheet of metal with a size of 2400×1200, 2500x1250mm, 3000×1500.

The files you download are not intended for distribution (in any form, digital or printed), they are intended for you and your production. You have the right to manufacture and sell products created according to these drawings (only finished sculpture) in any quantities.
There are a couple of parts with an acute bending angle, if the machine does not allow you to bend an acute angle, then these parts must be bent manually (for example, using a grinder). I do not recommend scaling the project down, as there are quite small parts in the sculpture, and with a decrease, bending and welding will become much more complicated.
3D models are not included in the project, if you need, then STP models of all parts, except for mirror parts, (not assembled) can be provided for an additional fee. But I do not guarantee that your bending calculation software will display the models correctly.
Please note that the drawings are distributed on the condition that your finished product is a finished sculpture, the sale of welding kits based on my drawings is strictly prohibited.
The branch from the example photos is not included in the project, only the eagle.
