The Stove involves the manufacture of steel with a thickness of 3 mm and a bending radius of 3 mm. The weight of the stove is about 11.5 kg. There are 35 details in total (not counting standard purchased parts). The design documentation includes 22 pages. The instruction includes 16 pages in the order of assembly. The archive includes: dxf (19 pcs.- files separately), Drawings (22 pages), Instructions (17 pages). Overall dimensions of the stove excluding chimney (LxWxH): 360х239х283.

In addition to sheet metal, you also need a ⌀80×1.5 pipe for the chimney a set of fasteners:
Nut M4 DIN 934 – 4pcs;
Nut M6 DIN 934 – 11 pcs;
Bolt M6x14 DIN 933 – 4pcs;
Bolt M6x55 DIN 933 – 4pcs;
Screw M4x14 ISO 7380 – 4pcs.
DXF are available both in the form of parts separately, and placed for a sheet of metal with a size of 2500x1250mm, 3000x1500mm.
If you need to create a stencil for printing in PDF format or create a DXF file with all the parts located on the sheet metal format you need, please contact me.
The files you download are not intended for distribution (in any form, digital or printed), they are intended for you and your production. You have the right to manufacture and sell products created according to these drawings (only finished stove) in any quantities.
3D models are not included in the project, if you need, then STP models of all parts, except for mirror parts, (not assembled) can be provided for an additional fee. But I do not guarantee that your bending calculation software will display the models correctly.
Please note that the drawings are distributed on the condition that your finished product is a finished sculpture, the sale of welding kits based on my drawings is strictly prohibited.
