Steel Sheet Metal Drawings Plans Pattern Template Fire Pit Halloween Pumpkin Project Sculpture (dxf, PDF)

The Fire Pit Halloween Pumpkin involves the manufacture of steel with a thickness of 3 mm and a bending radius of 3 mm, if you want, it can be made from 2mm steel, but not thinner, otherwise there will be a high probability that the fire pit will bend from the heat. The minimum bending angle is 17,7 degrees, the maximum angle is 29,9 degrees. The weight of the Fire Pit is about 17 kg. There are 9 details in total. The design documentation includes 10 pages, 7 of which are bending drawings. The instruction includes 7 pages in the order of assembly. The bend line is drawn along the cutouts in the part, in accordance with the drawing. The archive includes: dxf (8 pcs.- files separately), Drawings (10 pages), Instructions (7 pages). Overall dimensions of the sculpture (LxWxH): 575х575х351.
There is no engraving on the dxf, bending is performed along the line indicated by drop-shaped cutouts at the ends of the bending line.
When ordering, in the comments to the order, you can specify any height of this fire pit you need, and during the day I will send new DXFs to your mail.
DXF are available both in the form of parts separately, and placed for a sheet of metal with a size of 2500x1250mm.
If you need to create a stencil for printing in PDF format or create a DXF file with all the parts located on the sheet metal format you need, please contact me.
The files you download are not intended for distribution, they are intended for you and your production. You have the right to manufacture and sell products created according to these drawings in any quantities.
3D models are not included in the project, if you need, then STP models of all parts, except for mirror parts, (not assembled) can be provided for an additional fee. But I do not guarantee that your bending calculation software will display the models correctly.
Please note that the drawings are distributed on the condition that your finished product is a finished sculpture, the sale of welding kits based on my drawings is strictly prohibited.
