Steel Sheet Metal Drawings Plans Pattern Template Sitting Rabbit Project Sculpture (dxf, PDF)
This project is dedicated to the symbol of 2023.
The sculpture of the Sitting Rabbit involves the manufacture of steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm and a bending radius of 1 mm. The minimum bending angle is 10 degrees, the maximum angle is 92 degrees. The weight of the sculpture is about 8,5 kg. There are 50 details in total. The design documentation includes 35 pages, 33 of which are bending drawings. The instruction includes 16 pages in the order of assembly. There are mirror parts in the assembly and have an index (_01) and their bending must be performed in the other direction. The bend line is drawn along the cutouts in the part, in accordance with the drawing. The archive includes: dxf (33 pcs.- files separately), Drawings (35 pages), Instructions (16 pages). Overall dimensions of the sculpture (LxWxH): 534х346х752.
There is no engraving on the dxf, bending is performed along the line indicated by drop-shaped cutouts at the ends of the bending line.
DXF are available both in the form of parts separately, and placed for a sheet of metal with a size of 2500x1250mm.

The files you download are not intended for distribution, they are intended for you and your production. You have the right to manufacture and sell products created according to these drawings in any quantities.
3D models are not included in the project, if you need, then STP models of all parts, except for mirror parts, (not assembled) can be provided for an additional fee. But I do not guarantee that your bending calculation software will display the models correctly.
Please note that the drawings are distributed on the condition that your finished product is a finished sculpture, the sale of welding kits based on my drawings is strictly prohibited.
