Steel Sheet Metal Drawings Plans Pattern Template Skull Fire Pit Project Sculpture (dxf, PDF)
Fire Pit skull involves the manufacture of steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm and a bending radius of 1 mm. But this is the minimum thickness of the metal, if you make it thinner, the metal can bend under the influence of temperature, you can use even thicker metal, for example 2mm, see the thickness in the drawing. The lower grille is not welded and is a flat piece without bends, it must be made of 3mm steel. The weight of the fire pit is about 16 kg. There are 30 details in total. The design documentation includes 22 pages, 17 of which are bending drawings. The instruction includes 12 pages in the order of assembly. The bend line is drawn along the cutouts in the part, in accordance with the drawing.The archive includes: dxf (20 pcs.- files separately), Drawings (22 pages), Instructions (12 pages).
There is no engraving on the dxf, bending is performed along the line indicated by drop-shaped cutouts at the ends of the bending line.
