Lace socks made of fine yarn with a heel knitted round are perfect for weekends when you can slowly enjoy your wellbeing with a cup of cocoa with a bit of pepper. Choosing colours, also add a peppercorn, play on the contrast.
For making these socks, you must be experienced in knitting on 4 double-edged knitting needles in a circle and using the Kitchener closure method.
Needles: US 1/2.25mm
Yarn for this example: 70g of Orange Super Fine weight yarn, approximately 540 yards / 100g (75% Yarn, 25% Polyester) and 20g of Maroon Fine yarn (500 yards / 100g).
Gauge: Approx 8 sts per inch in stockinette in the round.
Happy knitting!
