Georgy Mikhailovich Lisitsyn (1909 – 1972) – Soviet chess player, master of sports, international master. Chess theorist and writer. Member of 10 USSR championships.
Annotation: The book is a reference book on the theory and practice of chess endings (endgames), designed for a wide range of chess players – lower, middle and higher qualifications. Contents of the book: examples from chess games, etude composition and analytical works of chess theorists, systematized according to the ratio of the material forces involved in the struggle.
