Materials Required:
Ladies’ Angora Mittens
Medium size
4 balls Angora (45 yards a ball)
1 set sock needles each No. 2 and No. 4
GAUGE: 5 sts. = 1 inch
Children’s Mittens
Sizes 2-4 years, 4-6 Years, 6-8 years
Instructions are written in Size 2-4 years, sizes 4-6 years and 6-8 years in parentheses.
1 skein Knitting Worsted (2 oz. skein)
or 2 skeins Germantown (1 oz. skein)
or 2 balls Angora (45 yards ball)
1 set sock needles each No. 2 and No. 4
NOTE: For mittens with striped cuff and thumb, small amount of c.c. for trimming
GAUGE: 5 sts. = 1 inch
The Ladies’ angora, children’s mittens size can be adapted if you want to make it smaller or larger.
Make the pattern larger or smaller by changing the type of yarn and needles.
