One commercial license for lightbox

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASE

– Digital Product
No physical item will be shipped.

– By purchasing this listing, you are allowed to use one of my lightboxes or 3d templates commercially. No items or documents will be sent in addition. Receipt of purchase confirms rights for commercial use.

ONE LICENSE applies for ONE ITEM (Lightboxes or 3D templates, not for SVG or SVG Bundle) For using both SVG and Lightboxes in same item you are required to purchase two licenses.
Each Extended Commercial License gives you UNLIMITED use (unlimited number of prints/copies of end product)
If you are planning to create and sell only 50 prints or less, you are not required to purchase the Extended License – Basic license for up to 50 copies of end product is included in all of the MyPlotterDays’s packs.

Terms of Use

YOU MAY:

1. Use the designs without providing credit.

2. You can create lightboxes and 3d objects, calendars, shadow boxes, albums, etc.

3. Use the designs unlimited number of times.

YOU MAY NOT:

1. Use the designs “as-is”, with no design or artistic involvement; the designs may only be used as part of a larger design (by adding text, textures, overlays… or other images)

2. Redistribute the designs, which includes reselling or sharing them for free, redistributing them with minor changes (i.e. changing the colors), embedding them within editable files (i.e. a SVG file from which the original assets can be extracted)
Creating and selling new digital paper packs/clip art packs using my art is also not allowed.

3. Transfer this license to others. The license is one-person license.

4. Upload the designs to any automated merchandise marketplaces – including but not limited to Society6, Casetify, Spoonflower, RedBubble or Zazzle.
Those places are not allowed, because only the copyright holder (In this case me, PlotterStudioDiseno) is allowed to upload their designs there.
Printify, Printful and such print on demand services that are integrated in your Webshop are allowed.

5. Use the designs/characters in video production and animation that is meant for public distribution such as for YouTube videos, TV, other streaming services, etc.
