Steel Sheet Metal Drawings Plans Pattern Template Cane Corso Project Sculpture (dxf, PDF)
The sculpture of the Cane Corso involves the manufacture of steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm and a bending radius of 1 mm. The minimum bending angle is 5 degrees, the maximum angle is 90 degrees. The weight of the sculpture is about 17.5 kg. There are 62 parts in total. The design documentation includes 41 pages, 39 of which are bending drawings. The instruction includes 25 pages in the order of assembly. There are mirror parts in the assembly and have an index (_01) and their bending must be performed in the other direction. The bend line is drawn along the cutouts in the part, in accordance with the drawing. The archive includes: dxf (39 pcs.- files separately), Drawings (41 pages), Instructions (25 pages). Overall dimensions of the sculpture (LxWxH):1080х368х932.
There is no engraving on the dxf, bending is performed along the line indicated by drop-shaped cutouts at the ends of the bending line.
