The sculpture of a trophy Bull Head (v2) is supposed to be made of steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm and a bending radius of 1 mm. The weight of the sculpture is about 13,5 kg. There are 35 parts in total. The design documentation includes 25 pages, 23 of which are bending drawings. The instruction includes 23 pages in order of assembly. The assembly contains mirror parts and has an index (_01) and must be bent in the other direction. The bending line is drawn along the cutouts in the part, in accordance with the drawing. The archive includes: dxf (23 pieces – files separately), Drawings (25 pages), Instruction (23 pages).
In order for the horns to fall into the groove without problems, it is desirable to precisely bend the parts. Note that there is also a first version of the bull’s head without the removable horns.
For this project, you will need the following set of nuts, screws, washers (Not including wall mount):
– Nuts M8 DIN 934 (4pcs);
– Washer DIN 125 M8 (4pcs);
– Screw M8x16 ISO 7380 (4pcs).
The project provides for nesting 2400×1200, 2500×1250, 3000x1500mm.
If you need to create a stencil for printing in PDF format or create a DXF file with all the parts located on the sheet metal format you need, please contact me, one additional nesting I will do for free.
There is no engraving on the dxf, bending is performed along the line indicated by round cutouts at the ends of the bending line.
The files you download are not intended for distribution (in any form, digital or printed), they are intended for you and your production. You have the right to manufacture and sell products created according to these drawings (only finished sculpture) in any quantities.
3D models are not included in the project, if you need, then STP models of all parts, except for mirror parts, (not assembled) can be provided for an additional fee. But I do not guarantee that your bending calculation software will display the models correctly.
Please note that the drawings are distributed on the condition that your finished product is a finished sculpture, the sale of welding kits based on my drawings is strictly prohibited.
