The Gorilla 2 involves the manufacture of steel with a thickness 1,5 mm and a bending radius 1 mm. The weight of the Gorilla 2 is about 95 kg. There are 53 parts in total. The design documentation includes 36 pages, 33 of which are bending drawings. The instruction includes 28 pages in the order of assembly. The bend line is drawn along the cutouts in the part, in accordance with the drawing. The archive includes: dxf (53 pcs.- files separately and for a sheet 2000×1000, 2400×1200, 2500×1250, 3000×1500), Drawings (36 pages), Instructions (28 pages). Overall dimensions of the sculpture (LxWxH): 838х1758х2352 mm.
Please note that this project has only two points of support – legs, and without additional support, the sculpture will not be stable from external influences, although at rest the sculpture can stand without supports. It is necessary to fix the sculpture on the ground in a way convenient for you, for example, using a frame made of profile pipes or in any other way.
DXF are available both in the form of parts separately, and placed for a sheet of metal with a size 2000х1000, 2400×1200, 2500x1250mm, 3000×1500.
The project is available DXF with engraving and without engraving. Remember to set up the layers before cutting, otherwise the machine may cut the parts along the engraving line. The engraving layer is on the inside of the part, the bending in the drawings is indicated on the outside of the part. Cutting layer – “Cut”, engraving layer – “Engrav”.

3D models are not included in the project, if you need, then STP models of all parts, except for mirror parts, (not assembled) can be provided for an additional fee. But I do not guarantee that your bending calculation software will display the models correctly.
