The Horse involves the manufacture of steel with a thickness 1,5 mm and a bending radius 1 mm. The weight of the Horse is about 85 kg. There are 73 parts in total. The design documentation includes 69 pages, 64 of which are bending drawings. The instruction includes 40 pages in the order of assembly. The bend line is drawn along the cutouts in the part, in accordance with the drawing. The archive includes: dxf (73 pcs.- files separately and for a sheet 2000×1000, 2400×1200, 2500×1250, 3000×1500), Drawings (69 pages), Instructions (40 pages). Overall dimensions of the sculpture (LxWxH): 1885х1141х3000 mm.
Please note that this project has only two points of support – legs, and without additional support, the sculpture will not be stable from external influences, although at rest the sculpture can stand without supports. It is necessary to fix the sculpture on the ground in a way convenient for you, for example, using a frame made of profile pipes, such as in the image for the project, or in any other way.
DXF are available both in the form of parts separately, and placed for a sheet of metal with a size 2000х1000, 2400×1200, 2500x1250mm, 3000×1500.
The project is available DXF with engraving and without engraving. Remember to set up the layers before cutting, otherwise the machine may cut the parts along the engraving line. The engraving layer is on the inside of the part, the bending in the drawings is indicated on the outside of the part. Cutting layer – “Cut”, engraving layer – “Engrav”

The files you download are not intended for distribution (in any form, digital or printed), they are intended for you and your production. You have the right to manufacture and sell products created according to these drawings (only finished sculpture) in any quantities.
Please note that the drawings are distributed on the condition that your finished product is a finished sculpture, the sale of welding kits based on my drawings is strictly prohibited.
3D models are not included in the project, if you need, then STP models of all parts, except for mirror parts, (not assembled) can be provided for an additional fee. But I do not guarantee that your bending calculation software will display the models correctly.
