It`s a slightly crescent shawl with a wide lace edging. The body of the shawl is worked in Stockinette stitch and the border – in a beautiful lace pattern stitch. The shawl is worked top down in one piece. There are 140 rows in the sample, but the size of the shawl is easily adjustable. You will need about 70-100 gr of lace weight yarn with the most natural fiber content. Knitting skills required: basic lace knowledge (knit, purl, ssk, k2tog, sk2p, s2kp, sssk, k3tog). Yardage: 612 yds (560 m). Final measurements (after blocking): Wingspan: 78.7’’ (200 cm), Depth: 37.4’’ (95 cm).

“Wintery” shawl is a stylish and warm accessory that you definitely need to have in your wardrobe! This is a triangular shawl, that is worked top down in one piece. The shawl is worked in Garter stitch and a very beautiful lace stitch pattern. This pattern gives you an opportunity to choose from a variety of different types of yarn. You can use one type of yarn: variegated or solid color, and knit the shawl only with one color. Or you can knit it in 2 or more colors. You will need 155 -250 gr of Fingering or Sport weight yarn with the most natural fiber content. The pattern includes 2 sizes and 2 central stitches. Skills: basic knitting skills (knit, purl, ssk, k2tog, sk2p, yo, knot stitch). Finished measurements (after blocking):
