The Doberman Head involves the manufacture of steel with a thickness of 0.5 mm. This version implies assembly without welding, using rivets. It is also possible to use a threaded connection, but there is a possibility that it will be inconvenient to tighten the screws from inside the ears. The weight of the Doberman Head is about 0,8 kg. There are 19 details in total. The design documentation includes 16 pages, 14 of which are bending drawings. The instruction includes 11 pages in the order of assembly. The parts are bent manually, along the cutouts according to the drawings. Parts with the index “_01” in the instructions are bent mirror drawing. The archive includes: dxf (14 pcs.), Drawings (16 pages), Instructions (11 pages). Overall dimensions of the sculpture (LxWxH): 290х182х324.
The diameter of the holes for fasteners is 3.5 mm. Rivets with a diameter of 3 and 3.2 mm can be used.
The number of fasteners – 142 pcs.
There is no engraving layer in the project
DXF are available both in the form of parts separately, and placed for a sheet of metal.
The files you download are not intended for distribution (in any form, digital or printed), they are intended for you and your production. You have the right to manufacture and sell products created according to these drawings (only finished sculpture) in any quantities.
3D models are not included in the project, if you need, then STP models of all parts, except for mirror parts, (not assembled) can be provided for an additional fee. But I do not guarantee that your bending calculation software will display the models correctly.
