Steel Sheet Metal Drawings Plans Pattern Template Rottweiler Project Sculpture (dxf, PDF)
The sculpture of the Rottweiler involves the manufacture of steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm and a bending radius of 1 mm. The minimum bending angle is 7 degrees, the maximum angle is 90 degrees. The weight of the sculpture is about 16 kg. There are 68 details in total. The design documentation includes 46 pages, 44 of which are bending drawings. The instruction includes 31 pages in the order of assembly. There are mirror parts in the assembly and have an index (_01) and their bending must be performed in the other direction. The bend line is drawn along the cutouts in the part, in accordance with the drawing. The archive includes: dxf (44 pcs.- files separately), Drawings (46 pages), Instructions (31 pages). Overall dimensions of the sculpture (LxWxH):1161х369х862.
There is no engraving on the dxf, bending is performed along the line indicated by drop-shaped cutouts at the ends of the bending line.
DXF are available both in the form of parts separately, and placed for a sheet of metal with a size of 2500x1250mm.
