Steel Sheet Metal Drawings Plans Pattern Template Soccer Ball Project Sculpture (dxf, PDF)
Soccer Ball involves the manufacture of steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm and a bending radius of 1 mm. The weight of the Soccer Ball is about 1,8 kg. There are 6 details in total. The design documentation includes 6 pages, 4 of which are bending drawings. The instruction includes 4 pages in the order of assembly. The bend line is drawn along the cutouts in the part, in accordance with the drawing. The archive includes: dxf (4 pcs.), Drawings (6 pages), Instructions (4 pages).
This project has an engraving layer. Cutting layer “Cut”, engraving layer “Engrav”. Please note that the engraving is located on the inside of the part, the bending direction in the drawing is located on the outside of the part.
There are DXFs with separate soccer ball segments, (20 large and 12 small pentagons).
The files you download are not intended for distribution, they are intended for you and your production. You have the right to manufacture and sell products created according to these drawings in any quantities.
3D models are not included in the project, if you need, then STP models of all parts, except for mirror parts, (not assembled) can be provided for an additional fee. But I do not guarantee that your bending calculation software will display the models correctly.
Please note that the drawings are distributed on the condition that your finished product is a finished sculpture, the sale of welding kits based on my drawings is strictly prohibited.
