Steel Sheet Metal Drawings Plans Pattern Template Chess Horse Project Sculpture (dxf, PDF)
Horse head sculpture involves the manufacture of steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm and a bending radius of 1 mm. The minimum bending angle is 10 degrees, the maximum angle is 90 degrees. The weight of the sculpture is about 14kg. There are 40 details in total. The design documentation includes 29 pages, 27 of which are bending drawings. The instruction includes 14 pages in the order of assembly. There are mirror parts in the assembly and have an index (_01) and their bending must be performed in the other direction. The bend line is drawn along the cutouts in the part, in accordance with the drawing. The archive includes: dxf (27 pcs.- files separately), Drawings (29 pages), Instructions (14 pages).
There is no engraving on the dxf, bending is performed along the line indicated by drop-shaped cutouts at the ends of the bending line.
