Welding Project Plans Drawings Bear (DXF, PDF)

The Bear involves the manufacture of steel with a thickness of 1.5 mm and a bending radius of 1 mm. The weight of the Bear is about 145 kg. There are 51 parts in total. The design documentation includes 47 pages, 45 of which are bending drawings. The instruction includes 34 pages in the order of assembly. The bend line is drawn along the cutouts in the part, in accordance with the drawing. The archive includes: dxf (51 pcs.- files separately and for a sheet 2000×1000, 2400×1200, 2500×1250, 3000×1500), Drawings (47 pages), Instructions (34 pages). Overall dimensions of the sculpture (LxWxH): 2881х1401х1539 mm.

DXF are available both in the form of parts separately, and placed for a sheet of metal with a size of 2000×1000, 2400×1200, 2500x1250mm, 3000×1500.

The project is available DXF with engraving and without engraving. Remember to set up the layers before cutting, otherwise the machine may cut the parts along the engraving line. The engraving layer is on the inside of the part, the bending in the drawings is indicated on the outside of the part. Cutting layer – “Cut”, engraving layer – “Engrav”

The files you download are not intended for distribution (in any form, digital or printed), they are intended for you and your production. You have the right to manufacture and sell products created according to these drawings (only finished sculpture) in any quantities.

3D models are not included in the project, if you need, then STP models of all parts, except for mirror parts, (not assembled) can be provided for an additional fee. But I do not guarantee that your bending calculation software will display the models correctly.

Please note that the drawings are distributed on the condition that your finished product is a finished sculpture, the sale of welding kits based on my drawings is strictly prohibited.
